As you all know we are lock at our home and totally down with not having Street food from outside due to our safety. So here we present our Home Chef "Meri Maa" aur unke haath ki pav bhaji.
Pav Bhaji is a native Maharashtrian dish made with an assortment of mashed vegetables, pan-fried on a large Tawa, and served with Pav toasted in butter. It is immensely popular all across the country because of its spicy and tangy zest. The generous dose of butter that is often used with freshly-cut onions and lemon juice tops the dish. Pav Bhaji is also a great way to feed fussy kids their share of veggies with a smile!
The Ingredient List -

Boil potatoes (4 pc)
Capsicum (2 pc)
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Onion 2, chopped
Ginger-Garlic Paste -1 teaspoon
Tomatoes 2, chopped
Peas - 50 gms
Water 2 cups
Green Chillies 2, chopped
Turmeric Powder - ½ teaspoon
Red Chilli Powder - 1 teaspoon
Coriander Powder - 2 teaspoons
Cumin Powder - 1 teaspoon
Pav Bhaji Masala Powder - 1 teaspoon
Lime Juice - 2 tablespoons
Coriander Leaves - 2 tablespoons
Salt - To taste
