37th Anniversary cake celebration in this lockdown too.
Ingredient:
Gulcose biscuits
Hide and seek biscuits
Eno
Coco powder
Sugar
Milk
Dry fruits
Kaise banaye yeh niche padiye:
Take 32 pc glucose biscuits and 11 hide and seek biscuits in mixer jar (break the biscuits a little bit than grind it completely) remove it in bowl than add 5 tea spoon coco powder and sugar powder..than add crushed dry fruits (optional) add one cup milk and make batter like we use to make dhokla than place khadai on gas flame it on high add water than place one supporting thing so that yours container could b standstill on that on other hand grease the container with butter and sprinkle maida also so that it can be remove easily...now add the eno packet to the batter now add it to the container and tap the container three time finally place the container in the kadhai on high flame till 30 minutes and on slow flame till 15 minutes is necessary. Check in between with tooth pick if tooth pick is coming out nicely no cake on it so your cake is ready. Tadada your cake ready decorate aa you want....!!!
